We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, service-driven, and Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations at our Iowa Hatchery in Osceola. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your administrative skills will help support a wide range of departments including Transportation, Human Resources, Hatchery Operations, and Sales.

⭐ What You'll Do:

  • • Support transportation and logistics by entering shipment and mileage data, assisting drivers, and processing payroll and receipts.
  • • Provide clerical support for hatchery and sales operations using MTech software.
  • • Manage office administrative tasks like answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, filing documents, and coordinating shipments.
  • • Assist with accounting tasks, including coding and forwarding invoices and tracking expenses.
  • • Partner with HR to help with onboarding, timesheets, policy compliance, and employee support—bilingual skills are a plus!
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide coverage and documentation support across departments.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • • High school diploma or GED required.
  • • Administrative or clerical experience preferred (especially in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics).
  • • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
  • • Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

🏢 Working Conditions:

Hybrid of office and hatchery environments with occasional exposure to varying temperatures, odors, and noise.
Regular physical activity includes walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: gloves, boots, safety glasses, earplugs, and face mask.
