Pay: Salary Range- $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
Select Genetics is seeking a Division Logistics Manager in Osceola, IA to lead and coordinate transportation operations in a fast-paced, animal agriculture environment. If you're ready to oversee fleet logistics, manage teams, and ensure live animal safety while driving strategic improvements—we want you!
✅ What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily dispatch and coordination of transportation crews and equipment
Manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and DOT regulations
Lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees
Ensure safety, biosecurity, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams and customers across multiple states
Support budget goals, cost controls, and inventory accuracy

🧰 What You’ll Need:
Required:

Transportation logistics experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech savvy—Microsoft Office & logistics software
General Business Knowledge/Training
Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

Poultry or livestock transportation experience
Associate degree in logistics or related field
CDL Class A License

💪 Physical & Work Environment:
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll regularly work both indoors and outdoors, in varied weather conditions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Expect some weekend and on-call hours.
